Downtown masqueraders felt safe

A steady stream of masqueraders took to the downtown stage in what many are saying may be the safest Carnival in history.

And that's not by chance.

For a second day the Minister of National Security and Police Commissioner Gary Griffith patrolled the capital, even crossing the stage.
