Happy people just don’t kill their husband.” Endorphins can also calm you down in a situation where you may snap. Instead of taking it out on your significant other or your kids, leave it all at the gym. You won’t regret it.

There are a few different factors, stress and metabolism.
Your predisposition to stress is the way your body reacts to different factors of life, ie if you stress eat or not. If you’re accustomed to turning to food for comfort this may present a problem when you’re on the healthy eating train. You have to continue chugging along and avoid comfort eating for this to really work. If you’re one that just loses their appetite when stressed, you’re in a better place but still not a good one. If your body has no food to nourish it or fuel for energy this can make every day activities, especially exercise, difficult and dangerous.
Having a fast metabolism isn’t something you really get to decide, it just means your body uses more energy to stay alive.The main thing to losing weight is consistency, if you remain consistent then you’ll see results.
I’ve achieved my goal. Now what?
When people get to their health and fitness goal, it’s common that they relax on their eating and the frequency of their exercising starts to decline. Yes you do get to a point where you can relax a little, but it doesn’t mean to quit cold turkey. Even when you’ve achieved your goal, consistency is key to keeping it up.
Try setting a new goal for yourself to keep you motivated. If you fitness regime is based on goal-oriented motivation, then that’s the best thing. One positive thing to keep in mind is that it is important to stay active and healthy, always.
