Hinds: Kamla ducking calls

It's coming down to the wire.

 The government says it has to pass the amendments to the tax bill by this month.

 But it says the opposition leader is avoiding their phone calls and therefore cannot confirm if the UNC will lend its support in the parliament tomorrow. 

Speaking at today's post-cabinet news conference, Minister Fitzgerald Hinds says citizens will pay if the opposition continues to delay.
