Residents of Indian Walk, Moruga are once again protesting the poor state of the road.
The residents blocked the road with tyres and other debris before setting them afire.
One resident who recorded a video of the blockage, said the there had been four landslips over the two-mile stretch of roadway that have not been fixed.
The landslips have resulted in one man losing his house.
The protest began around am with the resident demanding that the authorities intervene and provide the necessary works needed to address their concerns.
In January, residents in the area and police clashed during a protest to highlight the similar plight.
