Making Moko Jumbie stilts

The Moko Jumbie is a popular traditional mas character, usually seen during Carnival time in this country. 

Those who portray the part walk on stilts that range between 10 and 15 feet or sometimes higher.

But have you ever wondered how these stilts are made? 

Well, our team of Neil Romain and Carisa Lee visited a moko jumbie camp in San Fernando to witness the creation.
