Residents along the North Oropouche Road broke their one year silence and again blocked their main road calling on the relevant authority to fix it.
It's a main access road which WASA dug up but failed to repair it completely.
As a result, they say their quality of life is still being affected.
But the works minister says their woes won't last for long.
