OWTU tells gov't to call elections or resign

The OWTU  is calling for the government to call an election now or resign.

The union held a news conference today where its members continued to express outrage over the closure of the refinery.

But in this report from cameraman Ivan Toolsie and Akash Samaroo, the OWTU president says the prime minister never explicitly stated that the government will be closing down Petrotrin's oil refinery when they met on August 21st.
