The Industrial Court has ruled that 68 workers, who were fired by the National Petroleum marketing company last year, must be re-instated with immediate effect and paid damages of 40 thousand dollars each. Following the ruling today, OWTU President General Ancel Roget says justice has been served. He is now calling on the top management of NP to resign or be fired. Chester Sambrano reports.
