17-year-old-schoolgirl missing

The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service is seeking the urgent assistance of the public in locating a 17-year-old schoolgirl, who was reported missing by a relative.

A statement by the Police Service says Symiya Morris of Agostini Street, St Joseph, was reported missing to the St Joseph Police Station at around 7pm on Sunday 7th August, 2016, by her mother, Keisha Morris.

Symiya was last seen leaving home to attend church at Daybreak Assembly, Coconut Drive, Movant at around 10am yesterday.

She is a pupil of Barataria North Secondary School.

Symiya is of African descent, approximately 4 feet, 11 inches tall with a braided hairstyle. She was last seen wearing a long black dress.

Anyone with information on the missing school girl, Symiya Morris, is asked to contact the police by E999, 911 or any police station.
