Afghanistan beats West Indies in World Cup warm-up

 The West Indies suffered a humiliating 53-run defeat in its world cup warm-up match against Afghanistan this morning.

In a 35-over match, the afghans posted 163 for nine from its allotment.

 Sheldon Cottrell finished with three wickets.

In response, West Indies was bowled out for 110 runs.

 Evin Lewis top scored with 36 at the top while Marlon Samuels made 34. 

Everyone else made a single digit figure.

The Windies will play another warm-up match on Thursday.
