Public Administration Minister Marlene McDonald arrived at the Professional Standards Bureau just after 8 am today.
Guardian Media has been told McDonald will be interviewed by a team of police officers as investigations continue into an allegation of misuse of public funds.
The investigation is linked to state grants given to the Calabar Foundation in 2010.
Both Mc Donald and her partner Michael Carew were taken into police custody on Thursday.
This morning, the Port-of-Spain South MP, arrived in a darkly-tinted vehicle from the St Joseph Police Station where she stayed overnight. She was shielded from the glare of the media and curious onlookers.
McDonald’s attorney, Pamela Elder SC, arrived moments before and accompanied her client into the building.
We have been unable to confirm whether Carew will also be questioned today.
Guardian Media has been reliably informed that a third person is being questioned as part of the investigation, but the name has yet to be released.
