Quantities of marijuana and ammunition were discovered by officers of the Port of Spain Division, during an anti-crime exercise today.
The exercise, which was coordinated by Snr. Supt. Hodge Griffith, included officers of the Port of Spain Division Task Force, Besson Street Police Station, and Canine Unit, and took place from 1 pm to 6 pm.
During the exercise, the officers proceeded to a bushy area at Sea Lots, where they discovered one kilogramme of marijuana, and five rounds of ammunition.
No arrests were made in connection with the finds.
