Parents of students attending the Reform Hindu School protested outside the school for yet another day, calling on the authorities to address concerns about health and safety.
Protestors blocked the streets with dirt and tyres as the parents complained that it's been one year since work stopped on their school which they say was 97 percent complete.
They say the students must go to a facility where the toilets are overflowing, the ventilation in poor and overgrown bush nearby causes problems with rats, mosquitoes and snakes.
They say there is also a garbage pile-up outside the school.
The parents protested outside of the Ministry of Education last week.
Fire officials were eventually called in to clear the blocked road and to ease the traffic.
