The PTSC is apologising to commuters who were affected by the unavailable South Route bus services this morning.
In a statement issued today, the PSTC blames the union.
"It is unfortunate that Union Officials advised Drivers not to operate buses without inspection certificates being displayed on the bus, as not all southern buses had copies of the certificates displayed and this has since been addressed," it said.
The PTSC added that it is committed to rule of law and says that all buses in its active fleet have been inspected and inspection certificates housed with its Corporate Secretary based on policy and for insurance purposes.
"We continue to communicate with our Drivers on the goals and objectives of the PTSC and of our responsibilities to the national community and full service from our South routes resumed at 8:30 this morning. Again we do apologize for the inconvenience caused and do look forward to serving our commuters," the statement said.
