Search on for teenager abducted in Maraval

The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service is seeking the urgent assistance of the public in locating 18-year-old Darrell Michael Cuffie, who was abducted on Wednesday 25th April, 2018.

Cuffie, of Duke Street, Port of Spain, was last seen driving a BMW motor vehicle along Collins Road, Fairways, Maraval, around 9:30pm on Wednesday 25th April, 2018.

Shortly after, a dark coloured Honda CRV motor vehicle with male occupants forced Cuffie’s vehicle to a stop, then bundled him into their car before speeding away.

A report of the incident was made by an anonymous caller to the police.

Officers of the St. Clair Police Station found the BMW with its engine still running at the location, and subsequently notified the Anti-Kidnapping Unit.

Investigations are being supervised by Head of the Port of Spain Criminal Investigations Department, Snr Supt (Ag.) Ajith Persad.

Cuffie is of African descent, 5 feet 6 inches tall, slim built with a brown complexion and low haircut.

He was last seen wearing a green and white Polo shirt, navy blue short pants and a pair of brown Polo slip-on sneakers.
