Dillon: Reports that I've been indicted/convicted are totally untrue

National Security Minister Edmund Dillon is seeking to correct what he says are libelous claims be made about him, with regards to a civil matter in the United States.

Minister Dillon insists he has done nothing wrong, nor is he a party to the proceedings in the court.

He says claims that he has been indicted and/or convicted of a criminal offence, are not true.

The following is a statement issued by the Ministry of National Security today:

UNC calls on PM to take action against Dillon

The United National Congress (UNC) is calling on Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley to take action against National Security Minister Edmund Dillon, following reports that he is before the US Supreme Court in a civil matter involving allegations of financial abuse.

The UNC issued the following statement today.

"The United National Congress is disturbed by allegations of fraud and misconduct levelled against yet another member of the Keith Rowley administration.
