A 55-year-old man who stole a PTSC bus this morning and left a path of destruction in its wake has been captured.CNC3 News understands that the Longdenville man managed to breach the PTSC garage opposite the Chaguanas Police Station between 3 and 4 am and took a bus. Reports suggest he then collided with three vehicles and a gate along the Chaguanas Main Road. One of the vehicles struck during the incident was owned by a newspaper vendor whose van subsequently hit a parked BK Holdings truck which crashed into a nearby building.

The body of an elderly man has been found lying on the grass on the premises of the Port-of-Spain General Hospital and a video now circulating online, suggests that he had been there since Tuesday afternoon.

A Guapo man, who accused police of dragging their feet on a report that his pet cow was stolen, has taken matters into his own hands and filed a private criminal charge seeking to get justice.
Percyval James, 59, turned to the T&T Guardian for help a week ago claiming two men came onto his property and were bundling his black and white cow named Girly into a car on December 7, 2016.
When police arrived on the scene, James said the officers told him they would let the men leave with the animal until their investigation was completed.
The North West Regional Health Authority (NWRHA) is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an unknown patient who is currently warded at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Port of Spain General Hospital.

Police are trying to determine the identity of the body of a man found floating in the Gulf of Paria this morning near the port of Port-of-Spain.
The man was pulled out of the water early this morning after being discovered by port workers.

He was completely naked and found in what is commonly called a "hog-tie" position, with a rope attached to his two legs, his neck and his hands.
An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
