Missing 71-year-old found at San Fernando General Hospital

Stephen Garcia, the 71-year-old of LP #249 Caratal Road, Gasparillo, who was reported missing by his grandniece, Tshora Garcia, on Thursday 9th February, 2017, has been found at the San Fernando General Hospital, a statement by the Police Service says.

The statement adds that the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service thanks the public for its assistance in ensuring the man’s safe return.

Anti-Kidnapping Squad finds missing Arouca teen

A 15-year-old missing teenager has been rescued by the Anti-Kidnapping Squad, a statement by the Police Service says.

The statement says Sapphire Charles, a 15-year-old of Bon Air Gardens, Arouca, who was reported missing by her mother, Gillian Richard-Charles on Tuesday 21st February, 2017, was found by officers of the
Anti-Kidnapping Unit.

It adds that members of the Child Protection Unit are continuing investigations.

In the statement, the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service thanks the public for its assistance in ensuring the teenager’s safe return. 

Enterprise teen missing

Police are seeking the urgent assistance of the public in locating 16-year-old Ronald Williams.

Ronald, of Crown Trace, Enterprise, Chaguanas, was last seen leaving his home around 7:30am on Saturday 25th March, 2017, without saying where he was going.

He was reported missing to the Chaguanas Police Station, by his mother, Charlene Francis, around 7:30pm on Sunday 26th March, 2017.

Ronald is of African descent, 6 feet tall, slim built and has short black hair.

Missing Princes Town teen found

Makayla Bobcome, the 16-year-old of Indian Walk, Princes Town, who was reported missing by her mother, Nathalia Gilbert, on Tuesday 14th March, 2017, has been found, a statement by the Police Service says.

The statement says the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service thanks the public for its assistance in ensuring the teenager’s safe return. 

The Police Service has given no further information on the matter.

Missing 16-year-old girl found

Tamika Ramgoolam, the 16-year-old of Farm Road, St. Joseph, who was reported missing by her aunt, Melina Guy, on Saturday 4th March, 2017, has been found by officers of the Arima Police Station, a statement by the Police Service says.

Members of the Victim Support Unit are continuing investigations. 

The statement says the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service thanks the public for its assistance in ensuring the teenager’s safe return.

Missing 13-year-old Longdenville boy found

Meshach Marcus, the 13-year-old of Lawrence Wong Road, Longdenville, who was reported missing by his father, Sheldon Marcus, on Wednesday 22nd March, 2017, has been found by officers of the Longdenville Police Station, a statement by the Police Service says.

The statement adds that the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service thanks the public for its assistance in ensuring the teenager’s safe return. 

The statement does not contain any further information.

Missing Chaguanas woman found dead

Police are investigating the discovery of a woman's body in an open field in Petersfield, Central Trinidad.

Police say the tattoos on the body fit the description of the missing 23-year-old woman, Sharlene Somai.

Somai went missing on around 7.30 pm Tuesday from her Petersfield Main Road, Chaguanas home.

She recently opened a food place in Valsayn.

13-year-old Longdenville boy missing

Police are seeking the urgent assistance of the public in locating 13-year-old Meshach Marcus. 

Marcus, of Lawrence Wong Road, Longdenville, was last seen leaving the home of his aunt, Cheryl Paul, at Enterprise Street, Chaguanas, around 1.30pm on Saturday 18th March, 2017, without saying where he was going.

He was reported missing to the Cunupia Police Station, by his father, Sheldon Marcus, on Wednesday 22nd March, 2017.

Marcus is of African descent, 5 feet tall, slim built and has a brown complexion and short black hair.

22-year-old Arima woman missing

Police are seeking the urgent assistance of the public in locating 22-year-old Ashley St Cyr. 

Ashley, of Heights of Aripo, Arima, was last seen leaving her mother’s home at Old Road, Valencia around 8:00am on Friday 17th March, 2017.

She was reported missing to the Arima Police Station, on Saturday 18th March, 2017, by her mother, Aganie Gopie.

Ashley is of mixed descent, 4 feet 9 inches tall, medium built and has a brown complexion.

She was last seen wearing a white jersey and a pair of brown jeans. 

Missing schoolboy found dead

The body of missing 16-year-old student Jesse Bephan has been found in bushes behind the Waterloo High School where he was a student.

The boy's body was discovered by friends of the family, who were helping to search for him.

They said they searched the area after students told them that some students were accustomed to breaching the school fence and going into the bushy area to lime.

The boy's parents have visited the scene and are traumatised by the discovery.

Police are currently on the scene and have cordoned off the area where the boy was found.
