The United National Congress is challenging the Government over the discontinuance of a case filed against former Petrotrin president Malcolm Jones, announced the Attorney General Faris Al-Rawi at a news conference today.
The UNC believes that the case brought against Jones was strong and backed with solid evidence.

State-owned oil company, Petrotrin and popular pan side Phase Two Pan Groove have parted ways, ending a 15-year relationship together.
Petrotrin issued a media statement this afternoon saying that Phase Two Pan Groove has opted to work with another sponsor.
The following is the statement issued by Petrotrin.
"Petrotrin wishes to advise that the sponsorship arrangement between the Company and Phase II Pan Groove has expired and the Band has opted to continue its work with the support of another sponsor.
