Prime Minister and Head of the National Security Council, Dr Keith Rowley says national security personnel have not determined that the recording of an alleged ISIS threat is realistic.
The Prime Minister was asked to comment on the issue at today's post-Cabinet news conference.
"What we do know is that it has not been determined that it is something that has an origin that can be identified as realistic," he said.
Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley has expressed regret over the passing of former Government Minister Lincoln Myers.
Myers was a Minister of Government under the National Alliance for Reconstruction's tenure.

"It is with deep sadness that I received the news of the death of former Minister, Lincoln Myers, who passed away on Tuesday night (March 15th).
Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley has described the actions of ArcelorMittal as "punitive and disrespectful".
The steel producing company shut down operations and sent home over 600 workers one day ater losing a matter in the Industrial Court for the unfair dismissal of 480 workers.

The Police Complaints Authority has found evidence of serious police misconduct with regard to the Police Service’s handling of the alleged discovery of marijuana, at the private residence of the former prime minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar.
In a statement issued today, the PCA says it has completed a comprehensive investigation into the matter and has forwarded its investigative file together with a recommendation to the Director of Public Prosecutions to prosecute specified persons for the offence of misbehavior in public office on account of willful neglect of duty.
