Four months after being dismissed, 13 PSA workers will be reinstated and compensated for damages.
Today, the Industrial Court ruled in favour of the employees and ordered that they be returned to their positions, paid their February-May salaries and $10,000 each for damages.
PSA president Watson Duke was accused of acting contrary to proper labour laws and outside of his authority when he dismissed the workers for wearing their representing union, BIGWU's, t-shirt.
The incident occurred in February.

The Court of Appeal on Friday upheld a 2014 ruling of the Industrial Court for the workers to be reinstated.
OWTU President General Ancel Roget will join the workers as they return to the company tomorrow and will give an address prior to the workers reentering the compound.
