As the 2019 Local Government Elections are set to run-off on Monday December 2nd, the latest NACTA Poll says it may be too close to call in the Siparia constituency.
And the NACTA pollsters say while voters are “disenchanted with the PNM’s governance”, the UNC may not be able to capitalise on that, given its current line-up.
In a release outlining the Poll’s latest results, the NACTA team says whoever is able to mobilise on the ground will be the overall winner in each constituency.

A Rio Claro man is remanded into custody after appearing before a Sangre Grande Magistrate charged with eight counts of sexual abuse against a female minor, which are alleged to have occurred between the period June 2011 and December 2017.
Clint Bittan, 48, a labourer, of Tabaquite Road, Rio Claro, was charged with five counts of sexual penetration, two counts of grievous sexual assault and one count of sexual intercourse with a child under 14-yearsold, when he appeared before Magistrate Cheron Raphael, in the Sangre Grande 1st Magistrates’ Court, on Thursday 16th August, 2018.
A Rio Claro woman has been granted $250,000 bail with surety, after appearing before a San Fernando Magistrate, charged with two counts of obtaining goods by use of dishonoured cheques.
Vashti Kissoonsingh, 35, a businesswoman, of Tabaquite Road, Rio Claro, appeared before Magistrate Cherril-Anne Antoine, in the San Fernando 1st Magistrates’ Court, on Monday 30th April, 2018, to answer to the charge.
The matter was postponed to Wednesday 2nd May, 2018, and transferred to the Rio Claro Magistrates’ Court.
One man and four female Venezuelan nationals were arrested and three homemade shotguns and over 200 rounds of assorted ammunition seized by officers of the Rio Claro CID, during an anti-crime exercise in the district.
The exercise was conducted between 2 pm and 9 pm, on Tuesday 20th March, 2018, and included officers of the Rio Claro Crime Patrol Unit.
During the exercise, the officers executed a search warrant at the Dades Settlement, Rio Claro home, of a 37-year-old labourer.

Sali says: "Water is gushing non-stop due to a leak on the Tabaquite Main Road in Rio Claro. Many complaints have been made but no response. No water in the taps. Nothing is being done!!!"

Police have destroyed several fully grown marijuana trees in Rio Claro, with an estimated street value of $80,000.
A homemade shotgun and a trap gun were discovered during the exercise on Sunday.
The exercise, which included officers of the Organised Crime and Intelligence Unit, was conducted between 9 am and 11:30 am, during which the officers proceeded to Moonan Trace, Rio Claro.
There, they ventured approximately ¼ mile into a forested area, where they came upon a marijuana field with approximately 80 fully grown marijuana trees.
Government agencies said they are prepared for any emergency arising out of the tropic storm forecasted to hit T&T tonight.
A forecaster at the Meteorological Service said the Tropical Storm Warning remained in effect for T&T, Grenada and its dependencies.
He said the forward edge of the system was already reaching rural areas in East Trinidad such as Rio Claro shortly after midday.
The forecaster said the system was moving forward at a fast rate and can affect the islands between 8 pm and 2 am.
A Rio Claro man is will appear before a Rio Claro Magistrate today, charged with the murder of Bhim Bhipram, of Guayaguayare Road, Rio Claro, which occurred on Sunday 5th February, 2017.
Linton Cooper, 33, a labourer of Guayaguayare Road, Rio Claro, was charged with the murder, after advice was received from Director of Public Prosecutions, Roger Gaspard, SC, on Monday 12th June, 2017.
Bhipram, 52, a gardener, was discovered dead on Monday 6th February, 2017, following a fire which destroyed his home.
Ajeda Diamond Patrick, the 15-year-old of Rio Claro, who was reported missing by her mother, Jennifer Byneal, on Monday 10th April, 2017, has been found, a statement by the Police Service says.
The statement adds that the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service thanks the public for its assistance in ensuring the teenager’s safe return.
It gives no further information.
