National athlete Michelle-Lee Ahye faces domestic violence charges in Texas.
The sprinter was arrested on June 20 on the charge of assault causing bodily injury.
She was released on June 21 but will have to return to court on a date to be announced.
Ahye's wife, Chelsea Renee, placed a now deleted post on social media with what appeared to be a mugshot of Ahye, suggesting the couple had split.
Both Ahye and Chelsea no longer have pictures of each other on their social media profiles.
The couple was married last May.
Trinidad and Tobago batsman Darren Bravo has gained a contract to play all formats of cricket for the West Indies.
Cricket West Indies increased the all-formats contracts from four to seven to four with Darren Bravo, Shimron Hetmyer and Keemo Paul joining Test and One-Day International captain Jason Holder, Shai Hope, Alzarri Joseph and Kemar Roach on the list.
Nicholas Pooran has also been given a white-ball contract.

Cadell Lyons improved gold medal tally to two at the Central American and Caribbean Amateur Swimming Confederation (CCCAN) Championship at the National Aquatic Centre, Wildey, St Michael, Barbados, on Sunday night.
Competing in the 18 and Over Boys' 50m butterfly, the 26-year-old Lyons touched the wall in 24.69 seconds to beat Panama's Franco Reyes (24.83 seconds), and fellow T&T swimmer, Jeron Thompson (25.01) to second and third respectively.
Robert Farrier has resigned as president of the T&T Cycling Federation. In a letter obtained by CNC3 Sports, Farrier said he resigned the post with immediate effect, citing "the level of volunteerism needed to lead, drive and propel the TTCF, and the sport further can no longer be sustained due to my other commitments."
