There will be a temporary traffic disruption along the Eastern Main Road, Sangre Grande from Oropouche Road to Railway Road over the next few days.
A release from the Ministry of Works and Transport advises that the disruption is scheduled to commence on Thursday 23 January and end on Sunday 26 January, between the hours of 8pm and 4am.

The Ministry of Works and Transport wishes to advise the general public that there will be temporary traffic disruptions over the weekend as a result of scheduled roadworks.
Firstly, from 8 pm on Friday 6th December to 4 am on Monday 9th December, there will be a temporary closure of access to—and from—the Southern Main Road North (Curepe), at its intersection with the Churchill Roosevelt Highway (Curepe Interchange).
The Ministry of Works and Transport wishes to advise the public that there will be a temporary traffic disruption over the weekend, along the northbound and southbound lanes of the Uriah Butler Highway (UBH).
The ministry says the disruption will be between the hours of 7am and 7pm, and assures that a minimum of two lanes of traffic will remain open to motorists in both the northbound and southbound directions along the UBH at all times.
