WASA: Water disruption in Moruga

Two broken mains along the Moruga Road have resulted in water disruption for customers in the area.
According to a report from the Water and Sewage Authority. The broken 12-inch and 16-inch mains are located at number 288 Moruga Road, Indian Walk, in the vicinity of Jaibo Recreation Club.
The Authority says pipeline repairs are expected to be completed by 6:00 p.m. on Friday January 18th.
The areas affected are: along Moruga Road up To St. Mary’s including: Fifth Company, Cumuto, Cunjal, Samuel Cooper Road, Rochard Douglas Road, Burton Trace And Saunders Trace.

WASA: Water disruption in St. James on Thursday

The Water and Sewerage Authority advises customers in St. James that there will be an interruption in their water supply on Thursday 9th August 2018, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
This has become necessary in order to facilitate pipeline diversion and interconnection works at Serpentine Road St. Clair.

Water disruption in Maracas Bay on Friday

The Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) is advising customers served by the Tyrico Water Treatment Plant that there will be an interruption in their water supply on Friday 1st September 2017, between the hours of 9 am and 4 p.m.

WASA says in a statement issued today that this has become necessary, in order to facilitate the relocation of pipeline infrastructure, as part of the Maracas Bay Beach Facility Improvement Project.

It said that this job was previously advertised to be performed on Monday 28th August 2017, but had to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.

Water disruptions in North-East Trinidad on Friday

The Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) is advising customers in parts of North-East Trinidad served by the North Oropouche Water Treatment Plant that there will be an interruption in their water supply on Friday 17th February 2017, between the hours of 8 am. and 4 pm.

WASA says has become necessary in order to carry out electrical maintenance works at the Plant.

The affected areas will include:

* Sangre Grande Town

* Vega De Oropouche

* Toco Road, Sangre Grande

* Sangre Chiquito

* Manzanilla

* Coalmine

Water disruption in several communities in North-West Trinidad tomorrow

The Water and Sewerage Authority is advising customers in parts of North East Trinidad, served by the North Oropouche Water Treatment Plant that there will be an interruption in their water supply on Thursday 21st July 2016 between the hours of 6am and 6pm.

The authority says this has become necessary in order to facilitate maintenance work by T&TEC that would affect the power supply to the plant.

The affected areas will include:

* Sangre Grande (Town)

* Vega De Oropouche

* Toco Road, Sangre Grande

* Sangre Chiquito

* Manzanilla
